Refunds & cancellations (NGEN Markets India)
- Subscriptions are annual, per login. Prices exclude GST.
- Fees are non-refundable once access is granted, for the full subscription period.
- We never auto-charge. A subscription ends at the end of its term unless you choose to renew, so there is nothing to cancel.

The 3-months-free offer
A new or renewed Premium or Pro subscription runs for 15 months for the price of 12. The offer does not apply to enterprise plans or Lite.
